Vadim Goncharov
Technical Director
Vadim has been working in web development for over 15 years. In 2008, he managed his own web studio. Since 2013, he has been working at VK, and in 2017, he joined Tinkoff.
As a CTO, he led a team in launching the media platform for Russia's largest finance-oriented media project - Tinkoff Journal. Since 2020, he has been leading the development of interactive special projects and games in Tinkoff.
In addition to code and architecture, he enjoys gamification and anything that makes people smile, feel engaged, and interested.
He advocates lifelong learning: he graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics, studied at the British Higher School of Art and Design and the Higher School of Economics, and currently, he is studying at Skolkovo on the MBA program.
